About This Program

Norvia Health provides a clinical operations platform used by outpatient clinics and surgical centers. When your clinic enrolls you in our patient communication program, you may receive transactional SMS messages related to your care. Messages are sent only when initiated by your care team or triggered by a care-coordination workflow you are enrolled in.

Message types include:

  • Appointment reminders and schedule changes
  • Pre-operative and post-operative instructions
  • Check-in and arrival notifications
  • Document request follow-ups
  • Care-related operational updates from your clinic

How We Collect Your Consent

Your consent is collected at the point of care registration — either through a paper intake form, your clinic’s online patient intake portal, or directly by a staff member. The opt-in language presented to you is shown below exactly as it appears on intake forms and digital check-in screens used by clinics on the Norvia Health platform.

No SMS messages are sent to a patient until explicit opt-in consent has been recorded by the clinic. Consent records are logged with a timestamp and are retained by the clinic as part of the patient record.

Full Consent Disclosure

By providing your mobile phone number and checking the opt-in box, you consent to receive recurring automated SMS text messages from Norvia Health or your clinic on its behalf.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message. You will receive a single confirmation reply and no further messages will be sent. Opting out does not affect your ability to receive care or communicate through other channels (phone, email, patient portal).

Your Privacy

Your phone number and message data are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your phone number or share it with third parties for marketing purposes. SMS delivery is facilitated through Telnyx, a HIPAA-eligible messaging provider operating under a Business Associate Agreement.
